This Privacy Policy explains how Trashlate collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, mobile apps, Tramchi Pet features, Cosmic Crawl, and related services.

1) Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to website visitors, mobile app users, and anyone who uses Trashlate, Tramchi Pet, Cosmic Crawl, or related features. Some details may differ depending on your platform, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or website checkout.

2) Information we collect

2.1 Account and sign-in information: If you create or sign in to an account, we may process information needed to verify you, maintain your session, and protect account security. Depending on your sign-in method, this may include your email address, display name, avatar, authentication identifiers, Nest Code, and related account settings.

2.2 Content you provide: Trashlate may process text, screenshots, images, audio, diary entries, live captions, Nest names, profile text, purchase offers, chat-like inputs, and other content you choose to submit. This content may include personal information if you put it there.

2.3 Tramchi Pet and gameplay data: We may collect gameplay-related information such as your Tramchi status, growth form unlocks, inventory, Stash, Meals, Love Poop, Drama Dust, Rage Heat, Hype Signal, Boost usage, achievements, visit records, rescue activity, public diary interactions, livestream activity, leaderboard activity, and other in-app progress.

2.4 Cosmic Crawl map data: Cosmic Crawl uses a fictional 2D planet map. We may process your in-game tile position, tile visits, land purchases, invisible deed ownership, toll events, treasure events, NPC events, offers to buy land, and related gameplay records. Cosmic Crawl does not use real GPS, real-world precise location, 3D mapping, or AR location tracking.

2.5 Public and social features: If you publish content to public areas such as Wild Tramchi Diary Wall, livestreams, leaderboards, public Nest areas, visit lists, or other community spaces, that content and related profile/gameplay information may be visible to other users.

2.6 Device permissions: The mobile app may request device permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, or notifications, only when needed for features you choose to use. You can usually allow or deny permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, some features may not work.

2.7 Usage, diagnostics, and support: We may collect limited technical information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and provide support. This may include app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, performance data, security logs, and basic usage events.

2.8 Payments and subscriptions: If you purchase subscriptions, in-app items, Hype Signal, Drama Dust, or other paid features, payment may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. We do not receive your full card number. We may receive purchase status, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and related entitlement information.

3) How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Trashlate and Tramchi Pet; generate AI-assisted outputs; operate Tramchi growth, diary, live, rescue, visit, shop, leaderboard, and Cosmic Crawl features; process purchases and entitlements; verify accounts; prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and unsafe behavior; moderate public content; provide support; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our terms.

4) AI processing

Some Trashlate features may use automated systems, including machine learning models, to analyze content you provide and generate translations, interpretations, suggestions, captions, reactions, or other outputs.

AI outputs are for entertainment, reflection, and general assistance only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, dramatic, petty, or emotionally spicy. Trashlate is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

5) Moderation and safety

We may use automated and manual review tools to detect spam, adult content, illegal content, self-harm content, violence, hate, harassment, or other unsafe material, especially before content is posted publicly.

Public areas may be moderated more strictly than private areas. Content may be blocked, limited, removed, or reported if it violates our rules or applicable law.

6) Fictional map and location clarification

Cosmic Crawl is a fictional in-game map. Your Tramchi moves on a fake 2D planet grid, not on a real-world map.

We do not use Cosmic Crawl to collect precise GPS location, track your real-world movement, create real-world land claims, or connect in-game tiles to real-world property.

7) How we share information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate Trashlate, such as cloud hosting and database providers, authentication providers, analytics and logging providers, safety and moderation providers, customer support tools, subscription management providers, payment processors, and app platform providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

8) International transfers

We may process and store information in countries outside your place of residence. Where required by law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9) Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain gameplay records, process purchases, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect safety. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context.

10) Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also control some permissions through your device settings.

You can choose whether to make certain content private, friends-only, or public where these options are available. Public posts, livestream activity, leaderboard activity, and shared Nest information may be visible to others according to your settings and feature rules.

Trashlate is not directed to children under the age that requires parental consent in their location. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
