These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trashlate and related services provided by EvaChu Studio ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Trashlate, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Trashlate is
Trashlate is a digital product and subscription-based app that helps users decode passive-aggressive, low-EQ, manipulative, or emotionally messy messages into clearer human meaning. Trashlate may also include companion features, such as Tramchi growth, sharing, chat, and other digital experiences.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age required to use digital subscription services in your jurisdiction. By using Trashlate, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.
3. Accounts and access
You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Trashlate and Tramchi+ may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing intervals, and included features are described on our website or in-app at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. This means Paddle may appear as the seller on invoices, receipts, and billing records.
5. Trials
We may offer free trials or promotional access from time to time. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, billing will begin according to the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and may be processed through Paddle. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Trashlate, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law.
8. User content
You may submit text, prompts, screenshots, chat content, or similar content to use Trashlate features. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited right to process it as necessary to operate and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Outputs and limitations
Trashlate provides AI-assisted translations, suggestions, and companion interactions for informational and entertainment purposes. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every context. You remain responsible for how you use or rely on any output.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Trashlate at any time. We may also change features, pricing, or plan structure as the product evolves.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the service, other users, or our business.
12. Disclaimer
Trashlate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all outputs will be error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvaChu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Trashlate.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EvaChu Studio, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
