Redeem Terms
Milestones unlock the drop. Shipping is on you.
If you redeem, you're agreeing to the rules below. Keep it cute. Keep it fair.
1) What "Redeem" means
Redeem lets eligible members claim a Tramchi Plush as a subscription milestone reward.
- This period's redeem item: Linty (Drop 1)
- Redeem is not a "free gift" and not a guaranteed entitlement. It's a perk you unlock by staying subscribed — then you claim it when drops are open.
Definition
- "Tramchi Plush" means any official physical Tramchi plush / keychain / merch item offered for redemption on Trashlate.
2) Eligibility (the part people try to "fine.")
You're eligible only if you meet all of these:
A) You're on the right plan
- You have an active qualifying plan: Tramchi+
B) You hit the milestone (and yes, it must be continuous)
Standard eligibility:
- Tramchi+ for 3 consecutive months (continuous, uninterrupted)
"Consecutive" means:
- If you cancel, lapse, refund, or your renewal fails — the counter resets.
- Switching plans can affect eligibility; the Redeem page will reflect your final status.
C) Your account isn't sus
- Your account is in good standing (no chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or refund-gaming).
Trial policy
- Trial time may or may not count toward the milestone.
- The Redeem page will show what counts for your account.
3) Early Drop Boost (Limited)
We're doing a limited "go early" boost for the first 100 Tramchi+ members.
Early Drop Boost eligibility:
- First 100 users who successfully activate Tramchi+
- Tramchi+ for 2 consecutive months
- Redeem item: Linty (Drop 1)
How we decide "first 100":
- Based on the timestamp of your first successful Tramchi+ payment recorded by our system.
If you're not in the first 100:
- You're still loved. You just follow the standard 3-month milestone.
Limits still apply:
- One redeem per eligible account (unless we explicitly say otherwise).
- Non-transferable. No reselling the claim. No "my cousin needs it."
4) Claim process (how to actually get your plush)
Redeem is only available when the drop is open and inventory is allocated.
When Redeem is open:
- Log in to your Trashlate account
- Go to Redeem
- Verify eligibility (system check)
- Enter shipping details
- Pay shipping (and any duties/taxes if applicable)
- Confirm your claim
Important:
- The redeem item price may be $0.
- Shipping is never $0.
- Your claim isn't real until shipping payment succeeds.
5) Timing, stock, and drop batches
Drops are limited by inventory and batch production.
- Redeem opens only when we have stock or an active drop batch.
- We do not guarantee a ship date. We ship in batches and post updates when available.
- If stock runs out, eligible members may be placed into a next-batch queue (if offered).
6) Limits (one account, one claim)
Unless we say otherwise:
- One Tramchi Plush per eligible account per milestone period.
- Redeem claims are non-transferable (no selling, trading, gifting claims).
We may restrict duplicate or suspicious claims to keep the drop fair.
7) Shipping costs and taxes (say it with us)
By redeeming, you agree that:
- Shipping is paid by the claimant (you).
- Any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are paid by the recipient.
If a package is returned due to:
- incorrect/incomplete address,
- refused delivery,
- unclaimed parcels,
- customs rejection,
you may need to pay additional fees for reshipping (if reshipment is offered).
8) Don't be weird (fraud, abuse & chargebacks)
We can deny, cancel, or revoke eligibility and/or claims if we detect:
- chargebacks, payment fraud, or refund abuse
- reselling/trading of redeem claims
- automated or suspicious activity
- attempts to bypass eligibility rules
- anything that undermines drop fairness
If a claim is cancelled due to abuse or fraud, shipping fees may not be refundable (depending on processing stage and carrier fees).
9) Returns & support
- Physical plush issues follow Shipping & Returns.
- Subscription/digital issues follow Refund Policy and platform rules (Apple/Google/Web).
10) Changes
We may update redeem rules for future drops (items, regions, stock, timelines, eligibility requirements).
- Changes will be published on this page.
- When possible, changes apply prospectively (future drops or future milestones).
